Reservation Policies
Payment for the weekend covers lunch on Saturday, lunch on Sunday, and all materials. Your reservation is not booked until you pay in full, so to secure your seats please pay when you complete your registration. Credit card processing is the fastest form of payment accepted. Other payment methods can be arranged by contacting the registration couple at (775) 530-8565.
In the event of cancellation, a full refund will be issued if you notify Engaged Encounter 7 or more days prior to the weekend. NO REFUND will be made if Engaged Encounter is not notified of cancellation. For these requests, please contact the Registation Couple at (775) 530-8565.
The following is a list of the scheduled weekends. Please choose a weekend that works for you, and click on the “Register NOW” button to register.
Our refund policy is detailed on the “Weekend Ground Rules” page and also appears when you click “Terms and Conditions” at the bottom of the registration page.” Please review those pages.
Scholarships are available. If you need assistance, please have your priest call our Registration Couple @ 775-530-8565 to begin the scholarship process. No couple will ever be turned away because of lack of funds.
Please note that if the event is FULL for the weekend you are interested in, we can place you on the waiting list for that weekend. So if you want to register for a “full” weekend, please call 775-530-8565. We prefer to do the waiting lists and late registrations through phone contact.
